Since joining SHJ Wealth Advisors in 2000, Karlton has played a vital role in the firm’s growth and success. A shareholder since 2005 and now President and Managing Director, Karlton leads SHJ’s business development, operations, human resources and business succession strategies. Karlton works alongside the next generation of advisors to ensure SHJ can serve the children and grandchildren of clients for years to come.
When Karlton isn’t hard at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids. You may also find him on the court playing competitive basketball or out on the course for a round of golf.
