Since 2000, Karlton has been an integral part of the advisor team at SHJ Wealth Advisors and became a shareholder in 2005. As SHJ’s Managing Director, Karlton oversees business development, operations, human resources and business succession for the firm. Karlton works alongside the next generation of advisors to ensure SHJ can serve the children and grandchildren of clients for years to come.
When Karlton isn’t hard at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids. You may also find him on the court playing competitive basketball or out on the course for a round of golf.
